Indusfood 2025, a global showcase of India’s food economy, was held on January 8-10, 2025 at India Expo Mart, Greater Noida.
Union Minister of Food Processing Industries, Shri Chirag Paswan inaugurated the 8th edition of Indusfood, Asia’s premier Food and Beverage (F&B) Trade Show on 8th January 2025 at the India Exposition Mart Ltd in Greater Noida, Gautam Budh Nagar. Baba Ramdev was the guest of honour.
Since its inception in 2017, Indusfood has become a significant platform showcasing India’s dynamic food economy while connecting global businesses with the nation’s expanding food and beverage sector. This year, Indusfood 2025 marked another milestone, transitioning into an integrated farm-to-fork trade show that underscores India’s commitment to sustainable and comprehensive food systems.

Indusfood 2025 was organized by Trade Promotion Council of India (TPCI) with the support of the Department of Commerce, Government of India.
Key Highlights of Indusfood 2025:
- Indusfood 2025 featured 1,800 exhibitors from over 20 countries, with an expansive exhibition space of more than 80,000 square metres.
- The event was attended by over 5,000 international buyers from over 180 countries and over 100 supermarket chains and e-retailers, making it a major platform for global business connections.
- The 2025 edition witnessed participation from 35 international chefs and 100 Indian delegates, alongside professionals from Delhi NCR.
- The event format of Indusfood 2025 was meticulously designed to foster seamless cross-domain synergies across the farm-to-fork value chain. - Indusfood 2025 hosted the prestigious Asia President’s Forum for the very first time in India, in partnership with the Indian Federation of Culinary Associations (IFCA). This landmark event brought together over 30 presidents of national chef associations from across Asia.

International Food Retail Conclave & CEO Forum 2025:
The International Food Retail Conference & CEO Forum 2025 facilitated engagement between global retail chains and Indian food retail leaders, including exclusive panels with international retailers, e-commerce experts and HORECA specialists, as well as discussions on procurement strategies, investments, market access and growth opportunities.
Indusfood Innovation Awards 2025:
The Indusfood Innovation Awards 2025 celebrated the most innovative F&B products, recognising outstanding achievements and trends in the global industry. A panel of international experts selected the winners and offering participating companies’ excellent exposure to prospective buyers.
Sustainable Food Manufacturing Summit 2025:

Global Biosecurity & Standards Conclave 2025:
The Global Biosecurity & Standards Conclave 2025 brought together G-20 regulatory leaders to develop strategies for food biosecurity, focusing on crop disease responses, harmonized standards, improved food safety protocols, and a G20 biosecurity action plan with clear commitments and timelines.
World Chefs – Asia Presidents Forum 2025:
The World Chefs – Asia Presidents Forum 2025 brought together the Presidents of 30 Asian Chef Associations to discuss the latest culinary trends, explore fusion cuisine, and identify partnership opportunities in hospitality, while showcasing innovative dishes featuring Indian ingredients through the Grand Culinary Challenge.
Global Food Safety and Standards Conclave:
The Global Food Safety and Standards Conclave brought together global regulators to discuss food safety systems, develop strategies for biosecurity, and exchange insights on evolving food hazards, technologies, and consumer demands.
Knowledge Hub 2025:
The Indus Knowledge Hub was a leading platform for F&B business leaders and industry professionals to network, share insights, and explore emerging trends during Indusfood 2025.
4th edition of Indusfood Manufacturing and 1st edition of Indusfood Agritech:
» Apart from the 8th edition of Indusfood, TPCI also organised the 4th edition of Indusfood Manufacturing (covering food processing technology, packaging technology, ingredients and hospitality technology) and the inaugural edition of Indusfood Agritech (showcasing agricultural technology, fisheries technology, dairy & poultry farming technology).
- Both these events were held on January 9-11, 2025 at Yashobhoomi Dwarka, New Delhi.
