  • London-based Indian origin (a native of Maharashtra) street photographer Dimpy Bhalotia has won her the grand prize and photographer year of the award. The annual iPhone Photography Awards (IPPAWARDS) were announced and winning photograph “Flying Boys” was shot on the iPhone X.The picture intends to capture the day-to-day activities of boys in Varanasi.
  • Flipkart Group Acquires WalMart India Private Limited, which operates the Best Price cash-and-carry business. Flipkart group announced on 23 July 2020 launches of Flipkart Wholesale, a new digital marketplace and acquisition of 100 per cent interest in Walmart.
  • PM Narendra Modi laid foundation stone for “Manipur Water Supply project” in Imphal and the 3,054crore rupees also announced for this project.
